What follows are the Terms of Service (“Terms”) that govern your use of the Lewis Piano Movers website and everything on it. Lewis is a licensed, insured Delaware piano specialist and household mover with its base at 260 Chapman Rd, Suite 200 in Newark. By browsing these pages or submitting a request for a quote, you accept the conditions described here.
What the prices mean
Every figure you see on these pages, or hear over the phone, is there to help you plan and nothing more. None of it locks in an offer, and none of it fixes what you will pay. Your actual price exists in one place only: the written quote our Newark office prepares once we have studied your move, the inventory, the make and access of any grand or organ, the loading situation at each address, your timing, and whatever else affects the work. When the move crosses a state line, that binding written quote governs. And if the real job turns out bigger than you described, the final number may rise within the bounds the quote allows.
Holding a date
Your day is not reserved until we have a truck free and have handled any deposit due. The terms unique to your relocation, coverage, timing, payment, deposit, and how a cancellation is treated, live on the written quote and the move-day paperwork the office prepares. Those documents, alongside these Terms, are the agreement between us. Where a difference appears between that paperwork and this website, the paperwork wins.
Using the site fairly
We try to keep these pages right and reasonably fresh, yet we cannot guarantee the site is complete, error-free, or current at every instant, and we may revise any of it whenever we like, without notice. Please weigh that as you read. Tampering with the site, trying to break it, or putting it to any unlawful end is off limits. The wording, logos, photographs, and everything else here belong to Lewis Piano Movers, and using or copying any of it calls for our consent in writing.
Where our liability ends
To the fullest degree Delaware law allows, Lewis Piano Movers carries no responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses tied to your use of this website or the general material on it. The duties we owe on a move you genuinely book come from your signed Lewis contract, the cargo coverage we hold, and the governing Delaware and federal rules, never from anything you read on these pages.
Which law applies
Delaware state law controls these Terms, conflict-of-law doctrines set aside. Should a dispute arise over this site or this agreement, the state and federal courts sitting in Delaware have jurisdiction over it.
